These terms govern your use of the bat11 platform. By creating an account and using our services, you confirm you have read, understood and agreed to these conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bat11 ("We", "Us", "the Platform") governing all use of the bat11 website, games, sports betting markets, promotional offers and any other services provided through bat11.ws. By accessing bat11, registering an account, or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

bat11 reserves the right to amend or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you must stop using bat11 immediately and may request account closure as described in Section 7.

Section 1

Eligibility to Use bat11

The following eligibility conditions must be satisfied in full before you may register for and use bat11. bat11 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where requirements are not met.

Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof, your account will be suspended pending verification.
Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing bat11 from any location where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. Determining whether use of bat11 is lawful in your location is solely your responsibility.
Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and to use online gambling services under the laws applicable to you.
Personal use only: You must register and use bat11 for your own personal entertainment. Creating accounts on behalf of third parties, syndicates or any commercial arrangement is strictly prohibited.
Not a current employee: Employees, contractors and immediate family members of individuals associated with bat11 and its game or technology providers are not permitted to hold player accounts.

Account Registration and Verification

To access bat11 services you must create a personal account by providing accurate and complete information. bat11 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. All information provided at registration must be truthful and must match the identifying documents associated with your payment method.

Accurate registration data: You must provide your real full name, date of birth, and a valid email address or phone number. bat11 uses this information to verify your identity and process payments correctly.
KYC verification: bat11 may at any time require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which may include uploading a government-issued photo ID or proof of address. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension.
Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your bat11 account will be considered your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
Duplicate accounts: A player found to hold more than one bat11 account will have all additional accounts closed. Any winnings, bonuses or balances associated with duplicate accounts may be voided and forfeited at bat11's sole discretion.
Account updates: You must notify bat11 promptly if any registered information changes, particularly your name, phone number or payment method details. bat11 is not liable for any issue arising from outdated account information.

Security notice: bat11 staff will never contact you to ask for your password, PIN or full payment details by phone, SMS, email or chat. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to [email protected] immediately.

Section 3

Deposits and Withdrawals

bat11 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed in the platform cashier at the time of transaction. Supported methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. bat11 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits

Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your bat11 account instantly upon confirmed payment. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
Currency: All deposits are accepted and recorded in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bat11 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any external currency conversion is entirely the player's responsibility.

Withdrawals

Verification requirement: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed identity verification. bat11 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
Processing time: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes. In exceptional circumstances involving manual review, processing may take up to 24 hours. bat11 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. bat11 may at its discretion allow alternative withdrawal routes subject to additional verification.
Bonus funds: Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances that have cleared all rollover conditions are eligible for withdrawal.

Section 4

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

bat11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are offered at bat11's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is made available. The following general conditions apply to all bat11 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

One welcome bonus per player: The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household and per IP address. bat11 reserves the right to deny bonus claims where abuse of the welcome offer is suspected.
Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expiry date.
Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward completing wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, sports bets and crash games may contribute at a lower percentage. Contribution rates for each game category are published in the relevant promotion terms.
Maximum bet while bonus is active: While a bonus balance is active and wagering requirements are outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per round or market is ৳500 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and related winnings.
Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Unused bonuses and unmet wagering requirements that expire within this period will be removed from the account automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is specified in the promotion terms.

Section 5

Betting Rules and Fair Play

All bets placed on bat11 are subject to the game-specific and market-specific rules published on the platform at the time of wagering. bat11 sources its casino games from certified providers and uses independently verified RNG systems. The following fair-play rules apply to all bat11 users without exception.

No automated betting: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software or any artificial intelligence tools to place or manage bets on bat11 is strictly prohibited. Any account found using such tools will be permanently closed and winnings forfeited.
No collusion: Players must not collude with other players, dealers or any third party to gain an unfair advantage. This includes chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting in live casino games, or sharing hole-card information.
Void bets: bat11 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, incorrect odds or a system malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance. bat11 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from a voided bet.
Match integrity: Where a sporting event is deemed to have been manipulated or subject to irregular betting patterns, bat11 reserves the right to withhold settlement of related bets pending investigation. bat11 cooperates with relevant sports integrity bodies and may share information relating to suspicious betting activity where required.

Section 6

Responsible Gaming Obligations

bat11 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. All players are encouraged to set personal limits and to use the responsible gaming tools available in their account settings. The following obligations apply to both bat11 and its players.

Age verification: bat11 will verify the age of any player where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the player may be under 21. Accounts will be suspended during verification and any winnings from underage play will be forfeited.
Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase becomes active.
Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request self-exclusion via their bat11 account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, the player will be unable to log in, deposit or wager on bat11.
Underage protection: If you share your device with minors, you are responsible for ensuring your bat11 account is not accessible to them. bat11 strongly recommends using device-level parental controls to prevent underage access to gambling platforms.

Section 7

Account Suspension, Closure and Termination

bat11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, close or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bat11 has reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. The following grounds may result in account action.

Fraudulent activity: Any evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, use of stolen payment methods, or provision of false registration information will result in immediate account closure and referral to relevant authorities.
Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bat11 promotions, including opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements artificially, or coordinating bonus abuse with other players, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account closure.
Player-initiated closure: You may close your bat11 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Inactive accounts: An account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. bat11 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts or to close them after providing reasonable notice to the registered contact details.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the bat11 platform — including software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trade marks and service marks — is the exclusive property of bat11 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

No reproduction: You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or modify any content from bat11 without prior written consent from bat11. Personal, non-commercial viewing of bat11 content for the purpose of using the platform as intended does not constitute a breach of this clause.
Third-party content: Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. bat11 holds valid licensing agreements to distribute this content and does not claim ownership of third-party game titles.
Feedback and submissions: Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to bat11 regarding the platform or its services become the property of bat11 and may be used by bat11 for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat11 excludes all liability for any losses or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive, arising from your use of the bat11 platform or your inability to use it.

Gambling losses: bat11 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the platform. Gambling is inherently risky. By using bat11, you accept full responsibility for all gambling decisions and their financial consequences.
Technical interruptions: bat11 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical faults or third-party service outages may result in temporary unavailability. bat11 is not liable for losses attributable to platform downtime, disconnections during live play, or delayed bet settlement caused by technical issues.
Third-party services: bat11 is not responsible for the conduct, availability or content of third-party services, including payment processors, game providers and any external platforms linked to or from bat11. Your use of third-party services is governed by those parties' own terms and conditions.

Amendments to These Terms

bat11 reserves the right to modify, amend or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bat11 will endeavour to notify registered players via the email address or phone number on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the bat11 platform. The effective date of any updated Terms will be clearly displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of bat11 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using bat11 and may request account closure as described in Section 7 of these Terms.
